I will be looking at your Ayurveda type and the adapted nutrition. Then as a complement, I would use the herbal therapy in different ways, with formulas, such as: Inhalations, tinctures, decoctions, teas,  maceration, spagyric, hydrolates, baths, essential oils…..), as part of the protocol and adapted to your current health situation. The recipee would be handed to you ready to order in the pharmacy or drugstore.

Methods of plants processing to receive phytotherapy medicines are aimed to preserve all complex of active substances of plant in the most simple and close to the natural form. Traditional phytotherapy is a synonym for herbalism and regarded as alternative medicine by much of Western medicine.

 

Constitution Analysis / Diagnosis / Case History  with summary – 1 1/2 h. , sfr. 200.– 

This includes: physical and mental constitution analysis, pulse and tongue diagnosis, suggestions for an adapted/improved diet and lifestyle, recommendations for movement and treatment therapies, further tips and recipes.

               

Questions about:

  • Life circumstances, private and professional environment                                    
  • Habits, state of the psyche
  • Previous illnesses and accidents
  • Occurrence/progression of today’s complaints
  • Appetite and digestive power including urine and stool composition
  • Observation (looking at the patient = skin, eyes, tongue, general impression)
  • Examination (palpation of pulse and skin = resistance of body tissue; tongue diagnosis)

Do you already know your constitution according to the teachings of Ayurveda? This analysis is necessary to determine the Dosha state of your body and mind. It forms the basis for the individual nutritional and behavioural recommendations as well as for the therapies, oils, herbs and treatments suitable for you.

Any imbalance of the Doshas can lead to disease processes. All three Doshas have their own physical, mental, emotional and physiological characteristics.
