HEART-COACHING – BREATHING IN and SPACING OUT
HEART-Coaching is a spiritual, magnetic, subtle, intuitive, energetic and loving method that gives you the opportunity to choose and engage in completely new and soul-nourishing ways of life and the further development of your consciousness. The guidance of our own soul speaks through our heart and healing always happens out of this power of the soul.
The heart has its own logic and wisdom. It has a different quality than the insights of the mind and complements them. This refers to emotional intelligence which is the heart intelligence.
Heart coherence means that the energy emanating from my heart is “frequency”, and frequency is carrier of information. Heart coherence creates waves that broaden the magnetic field. I send all the new magnetic signature into the quantum field and whatever I send into that field is my “experiment with destiny.”
When I breathe energy into my heart, the pattern of my central nervous system changes.
The heart has the largest electromagnetic energy field of all. The electrical force of the heart signal (EGK) is up to 60 times stronger than the electrical signal of the brain (EEK). The magnetic field of the heart, even 5,000 times stronger than that of the brain….. So an “Ode to the heart”….
Life from the heart is away from the mind. Life from the heart heals you, gives you wings, makes you free, calm and serene. Living from the heart gives you the lightness of being.
